For over 15 years, I've shared my recipes and techniques here because I believe everyone should have access to this knowledge without working in a restaurant or attending culinary school. Because I'm a one-person operation, developing and documenting a recipe takes days of research, testing, shooting, and writing. If you value what I do, here are all the ways you can help me.

Free Ways to Help
I know not everyone is in a place to contribute financially, but here are three other ways you can help.
- By sharing recipes with friends via social media, leaving comments, and rating them, you send signals to search engines that the content is good, and they will show the recipe to more people. More people looking means more ad revenue.
- For videos, watching them from start to finish is the best way you can tell YouTube that you like the video. Of course, likes, comments, and shares also help!
- I read all of my comments, and positive vibes are always welcome! Food blogging is a solitary endeavor, and it's nice to hear from you, even if it's just a quick "hello😀."
Become a Member
I share a more intimate look into my kitchen over at Marc's Recipes. By becoming a member, you not only help cover the production costs for the recipes I share publicly, you also get insider access to my secret stash of recipes where I share the meals I cook for my family. Most of them are easy original dishes I've come up with based on what I have on hand.

Tableware Collection
Many of the plates and flatware I use in my recent recipes are from Musubi Kiln. They have an amazing selection of both traditional and modern Japanese tableware and I've curated a collection of my favorite tableware that you can check out using the link below. Also, you can use coupon code "NORECIPES" to get 5% off your order.
Japanese Ingredient Collection
I often get asked what specific brands of Japanese ingredients I use, and historically most of the products I used were from small artisan producers that don't export their products. To make some of these ingredients more accessible, I've partnered with Kokoro Care Packages. They've agreed to carry some of my favorite ingredients and make them available for purchase from many countries around the world. Use coupon code "MARCSFAVORITES" to get 10% off your first order.
Kitchen Tool Collection
Similar to Japanese ingredients, I use many kitchen tools that are difficult to find outside of Japan, so I've partnered with Bento&co. to make some of my favorite kitchen tools available for purchase worldwide. Click the link below to see what I'm using in my kitchen, and use coupon code "NORECIPES" to get 10% off your order.
Amazon
If you shop on Amazon, you can help me out (at no extra cost to you), by using the link below. Amazon gives me a small percentage of each sale made through my link, but it doesn't change what you pay. The link will take you to my shop, which has the equipment and ingredients I use, but you can also use the search bar at the top to find anything on Amazon.
My Book
Ultimate Bento: Healthy, Delicious and Affordable: 85 Mix-and-Match Bento Box Recipes - I've partnered with the co-host of my TV show Bento Expo to co-author a book about Japanese Bento box lunches.
