Hi Anna, thanks for the added context. The oats in this recipe are there to add bulk and texture but could certainly be replaced by other grains that get crunchy/crispy when baked. If you've had luck with millet, then that's one option. You could also try using other seeds like quinoa or hemp. Another option would be to add a bunch of different chopped nuts (though these will be more crunchy than crispy).

Wonderful! At least a guide how to make any kind of granola! I was always thinking how I could avoid the sugar.
But I still got one problem: oats ... they pass my stomagh in one hour and I'm hungry again, so they don't do it for me in any recipe (exept cookies, which are no complete meal). Could you think of a way to replace them? I normally use millet flakes, they are a good substitute, but they make everything a lot sweeter in my opinion. But I heard one could make a pulp out of it easy and a savory too. I like that they contain a lot of iron and other good ingredients
