Hi Ayna, because the roe is uncooked I would recommend either using it within a day, or freezing it. Upon defrosting you may find some liquid separating out. You can fix it by whisking it back into the spread.

Hi Linda, a non-dairy cream cheese should work. Otherwise you could boil some raw cashew nuts and then blend them with just enough water to make a thick cream.
