You're welcome June! It's not ideal because the starch in frozen rice is retrograded so it won't be quite as sticky as freshly cooked rice (even if you warm it up). It will make it harder to wrap. That being said, you can certainly try it out and worst case scenario just turn it into beef fried rice 😉
