Thanks Kathy! The shirt was unintentional. I just usually wear shirts with a pattern when I fry things so I a little splashed oil doesn't ruin them 😆

Beautiful! So many flavors and textures; I can see why it's so popular in Japan! Loved the way your shirt matched the eggplant.😉 Lotus root is my favorite, though I can't always get it here. I think the plastic bag one will work fine here, but it won't have as much texture. I'm getting ready to take my cravings on the road and head to an Asian market!
