Also made a peach habanero dipping sauce. These were absolutely delicious. Made coleslaw with a cilantro citrus aioli and tempura green beans. Great meal and not too difficult.

I have some Cold Water Argentinian (FAS) same size as the Tiger you used. Your detail is excellent!
